Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Experiment OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Experiment OS is operated by Another Web is Possible (AWIP), a UK-based company. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Description of Service

Experiment OS is a B2B SaaS platform for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation. The Service allows you to create projects, run experiments, analyse results, and manage your CRO activities.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Promptly notifying us if you discover any unauthorised use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Use the Service in a way that violates others' privacy or rights

Intellectual Property

Your Data: You own all data, content, and information you upload or create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Platform: The Service itself, including its design, code, features, and functionality, is owned by Another Web is Possible and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Another Web is Possible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Or using the account deletion feature in your account settings (if available)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
